Football BC is part of HUB insurance. The policy provides liability, directors and officers, and accident insurance. Please note that our insurance coverage does NOT include a liquor liability.

Process for requesting certificate of insurance

Please review all steps prior to commencing your request for a certificate of insurance. Please contact communications@bcpfa.com with any questions

step 3: click next

step 4: enter the requested contact information in the "certify to" field

step 6: add any additionally insured

step 7: submit
